We took Dogfish Head Spirits American Charred Oak Barrels and filled them with Dogfish Head's own Honey Barrel Rum and Creme de Banane to sit together and mingle a while to pull flavors of caramel\, vanilla\, burnt sugar and leather to make this barrel aged cocktail unique and fun. While they get to know each other the burn from the liquor will begin to mellow making a cocktail that's as smooth as silk.
