Angelic Health Opens Memory Care Services Office in Cape May County

 With offices throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina, Angelic Health Palliative and Hospice Care now has opened a satellite location at 108 Mechanic Street  in Cape May Court House.
 
The office will offer its unique memory care program, palliative care, and mental health and grief counseling.  Visits can be scheduled by calling 856-812-3299. Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance plans are accepted.
 
“We are excited to expand services within our community,” said Angelic Health’s CEO Dan Mikus. “Many people need memory care support for themselves or a family member.  The office provides them with easy access to these services.” 
 
Mental Health Counseling is provided for those who are having difficulties with a loss of any kind.  Serious or chronic illness as well as the death of a loved one can cause depression and other mental health issues.
 
Angelic Health Memory Care Program support individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, and those who care for them. This unique service is covered by Medicare and provides a trained personal dementia coach and a nurse practitioner. Each individual is assessed and provided with a customized care plan including access to supportive resources and education for both patient and caregiver
